It is our pleasure to help any student or parent who asks us a question via email. Please understand that some questions may already be answered on our 'Articles' page; please check there first for content that may help you. If you have a short question, we can respond within 48 hours - at no charge. If we feel our answer needs to be discussed for clarification, we can call you (please include phone number) to give a more thorough answer. If you feel you need more than 5-10 minutes of our time, we prefer that you request an "Advising" session. These can be done in person if you are in Southern California, or via phone if you are not. Our sessions with Annette are $100/hour - any portion of the hour is fine and the cost will be adjusted ($25 for each 15 minutes).
